To be honest, this whole little world of Veil of Shadows started with me trying to figure out where I truly belonged — where I felt most like myself.

I’ve always found comfort in moonlight, dark forests, foggy nights, quiet water, crackling campfire and its smoke, and the strange beauty that exists just beyond what we fully understand. I never really understood why the unknown was supposed to feel terrifying. To me, there was always something comforting, intriguing, and almost magical about what lingers just beyond the shadows… just beyond the veil.

Somewhere between late-night thoughts, cozy darkness, uncomfortable healing, wandering forests, and — let’s be honest — a whole lot of chaos, Veil of Shadows slowly came to life.

What started as an idea became a growing world of friendly cryptids, funny faeries, eerie creations, cozy dark comforts, strange little companions, and beautifully chaotic energy for wandering souls who never quite felt at home in ordinary spaces.

This is a place for the curious, the tired, the weird, the creative, the quiet night thinkers, and the people who always felt a little more themselves beneath the moon than beneath fluorescent lights.

So pull up a log, a chair, a toadstool, a blanket, a tree branch — whatever feels like home to you — and stay awhile.

Explore the unknown.
